7:15 am: students and chaperones to report to choir room, bus to arrive in upper Peck parking lot
7:30 am: depart for the festival
8:30 am: estimated arrival time at location
9:30 am: festival warm up time
11:00 am: festival start time
1:00 pm: depart festival to return to school
2:30 pm: estimated arrival time back at school
Students should come to school in the morning already dressed in performance attire.
Parents are invited to attend but will need to drive separately. There is no cost for attending the festival.
All students and chaperones attending should eat breakfast before arriving at school and will need to bring a sack lunch to eat during break at the festival.
There may be a cafeteria on campus where attending parents can purchase lunch (this option is NOT available to students or chaperones), but no guarantees it will be open. To be safe, attending parents should plan to eat either before arriving at the festival or after leaving, or bring a sack lunch.
Chaperones will provide snacks for the bus rides to and from the festival.
