The VE retreat is coming up Friday and Saturday, Sept. 28th-29th.  

 

This onsite campus retreat will begin right after school on  Friday in the choir room.  Here's the schedule:

 

Friday, 9/28

Start: 3 pm with small snack rehearsal 

Dinner: 6:00 pm

Rehearsal: 6:45-8:30 pm

Bonding activity: 8:30 to 9:30 pm

End: 9:30 pm

 

Saturday, 9/29

Start/Breakfast: 8:00 am

Rehearsal: 9 am-12 pm

Lunch: 12-12:45 pm

Outreach activity: 1:00-2:30 pm

Break: 2:30-2:45 pm

Rehearsal: 2:45-5:00 pm

Bonding activity: 5:00-6:00 pm

Dinner: 6:00 pm

End: 7:00 pm ish

The cost of the retreat is $98 per student.  Includes all meals, snacks, materials. 

 

Please make your check payable to MBX, write your student's name and "VE Retreat" on the memo line, and place in the choir room drop box.
